After leaving my old blog to lie fallow for a few years, I’ve gotten the old writing itch again. Fortunately, my doctor prescribed a cream for it.
In its previous incarnation, I wrote about food topics with the goal of informing people about new and interesting cuisines, beers, and assorted other things that interested me. That’s still my intent, but let’s face it. Serious Eats has roughly a million times more talent invested in that idea!
So instead I’m mainly going to write about exciting meals as they happen, and try not to be such a stick in the mud. If I get carried away and drop a lesson, so be it.
